What WAS 4 Dinner?

————-UPDATE—————

Well, the recipe for Chicken Scalopini lived up to the hype.  I think Brad called it "utterly outragious" and at 11pm I’m already anticipating leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch. You can find the link for the recipe on the Pioneer Woman Cooks.  She details each step and you’ll probably find yourself drooling all over the computer keyboard, and running to your nearest grocery store for the ingredients to make it ASAP! It was meant to be shared with my blogging family!  Enjoy!

Any guesses on What’s 4 Dinner at the Murray Manor tonight?  If it turns out as good as I’m hoping for, I’ll post the recipe tonight.  I’m also in the process of writing a new KIRR (Keepin’ It Real Rewinds Post), so after I clean up dinner and put the boys to bed I hope to post again.

For now…I’m off to take out my aggression on some chicken; Just me and my meat tenderizer.

CIAO!

Jen, not sure what the ingredients will turn into but I just wanted to say that I am impressed that the Murray boys are such gourmets, eating meals with capers, olive oil and pasta. Way to go,Mom.

I hope it turns out better than the romano crusted chicken from back in the day at the gables. 🙂

I made that same dish from Pioneer Woman 2 weeks ago. It was amazing! I have a stack of printed recipes by her that I’m getting ready to try soon. I did try her enchiladas. They are great. I bet the boys would like them.
