Not a “Moment” Too Soon
Raise your hand if you’re guilty of using your phone to entertain your little ones while in a bind.
You know…
The doctor’s office, waiting in line, or when you just can’t take the whining any longer.
Guilty as charged.
Besides using it as a distraction device, my Samsung Moment has honestly helped me as a mom.
Check out my post over at Makes Quads Happy and I’ll show you how it helps my productivity AND you could win a $300 Visa Gift Card!
Hurry! Every “Moment” Counts!
Every time I hand it over, I regret it. At least no calls to China have been made!
But, the kiddo did get on the internet one time and we don't have that plan. It cost me a couple bucks.
My husband's Blackberry is a source of great distraction and entertainment for my girls. Their favorite activity is to watch music videos on YouTube. I initially wasn't thrilled with my husband's choice of diversion, but after seeing how thrilled it made the girls (and him), how could I protest? 🙂
I could tell you a funny story about my oldest, who is now 9. She was playing with our home phone when she was about 15 months. Unbeknownst to us, she dialed 911. Police showed up at our door and wanted to know if there was a problem. When my husband told him that our daughter must have accidentally dialed it, the police officer wanted to know how old our daughter was. About that time, the cutest little 15 month old went waddling up to her father and the police officer. The policeman just graciously smiled and went on his way. Still cracks us up to this day!
