Hope you’ve gotten your last splashes in this Labor Day Weekend…

The sounds, sites, and smells of summer will soon be replaced by a crisp fall season.

How are YOU soaking up those last warm summer rays?

  1. Looks just like our splash pad here in Florida! I was just thinking about taking them there today – not that there’s any rush – this summer weather ain’t goin nowhere (unfortunately) for another 6 weeks at least :).

Can we do a splash pad date once it starts snowing here? =)

      1. Sure! Maybe we can knock off some arranged marriages while we’re at it ;).

  2. We hit several splash parks this summer but there were NO splashes THIS weekend – it was only 60 degrees here in MI yesterday and only 70 with rain today! brrr!! My kids love the water parks though! always a great summer day activity!

There certainly is a feel of fall, especially in the evenings. Bittersweet!

We visited (and spoiled) our two-week old granddaughter on Saturday! And today, we visited my dad and helped him celebrate his 91st birthday! Weather here in Maryland has been wonderful this weekend…low 80’s and no humidity…a big relief from the 90’s and 100’s we have been experiencing this summer. Thank you for sharing the pictures of your boys…they look like they have fun 24/7!

Not exactly 24/7, but they truly are joyful little guys. Such a blessing in our lives… Not always roses, but beautiful even when messy! Thanks for the encouragement, Gail!

Sooo wish I could have been there with you all this time, too! Absolutely love the pics and of course, the entire crew!! 🙂
