Back in the Day…

After a full morning enjoying the sunshine and warm temperatures, we are just amazed at the independence we’ve gained, versus the last two years.  Not everything revolves around a "feeding"…and there’s so much to be enjoyed even in the simplicity of sticks, rocks, and pinecones.  I decided to flip back 2 years to see what it "looked like":

These were the days when we tried with all our might to keep them awake during "waketime", so they would sleep longer at night, 3 ounces was a full meal, we went through about 35 diapers a day, and we were running on empty 24/7.

I DO miss those sweet smellin’ cuddly babies, though!!!!

  3. Wow! Look at them! Has it really been 2 years? I know time has flown by for us…I can only imagine it ‘quantum leaps’ when there are 4 to keep up with!

Awww, the boys are so tiny and oh, so adorable! Looks like the parents could use a little shut-eye! Wow, and now they are two years old. Isn’t it fun to watch their minds work and their imaginations grow while they are playing? Enjoy them (and I know you both do), because as you already know, they don’t stay little very long.

Oh wow! Look how far they’ve (you’ve) come!!

Life definitely gets “easier” as they get older, hey? I only have one that age, only a couple weeks younger than your boys, and I agree – it goes so fast!
