Back Home Again in Indiana…

***Updated on Tuesday Night***

Kathy surgery went well and initial results are encouraging.  She will have an appointment with the oncologist on Monday and know more results from the pathologist report. We are SO GRATEFUL for your prayers that were felt today!  Thanks to my mom, dad, and sister for watching the little dudes today so we could be with Brad’s family at the hospital and to The Queen of Free for delivering a scrumptious dinner!  What a blessing!

(Left to Right: Henry, Isaac, Clark, and Brooks w/ their Gramma and Grampa)

We’ve just returned from a long weekend with Brad’s family in the mountains.  It was a breath of fresh air, and just what we all needed.  The boys had quite the adventure and I look forward to sharing more pictures and stories with you very soon.

Until then, we would covet your prayers for Brad’s mom, Kathy.  She’ll be having a lumpectomy to remove cancer tomorrow. We would appreciate your prayers for her health, for the medical staff involved, and for the treatments ahead.  Our God is faithful!

Thank You, Dear Friends!

PS If you know Brad’s mom or just would like to encourage her, please feel free to leave her a comment here.  I know that would mean a lot to her and to our family!

My mom went through the same thing a number of years ago. She had a the lump removed, chemo and radiation. God told her he was going to heal her and He would be glorified through the experience. He was SO FAITHFUL to her and all of us during that time. She has been cancer-free for 7 years now. You are in my prayers!!!!
