A GINORMOUS Praise!!!!!
We went to the hospital today to have Brooks examined because Brad noticed that his hernia had really changed in appearance recently. We were hopeful that perhaps the severity had decreased and that we could postpone the surgery until Brooks was at least a year old, since he would have to go under general anesthesia and just the trauma of a surgery at his age. After talking to the surgical nurse, she assured us that it would be something to consider, but would be highly unlikely to get better or go away on its own. We really felt like since we have 3 other boys to compare him to, it would be worth looking into before taking him in Friday morning for surgery. We had awesome news after the pediatric urologist read the ultrasounds and examined our Brooks. Praise God – his hernia has disappeared! We are amazed once again that the God that we serve can do the IMPOSSIBLE! Thank you so much for your faithful prayers – we are so grateful!
Rejoicing Together,
Brad, Jen and the BOYZ

Jen,
You guys just continue to be such a bright spot of encouragement for me. I absolutely love to read your blog, even moreso now than before the boys came, because I see you in action, clinging to Christ and the Word during hiccups, wishing for a 4-baby stroller and when a hernia disappears.
Thank you for making your blog Christ-centered and God Glorifying. We love ya!

Kym,
Thank you for prayers from the other side of the globe. If you check out the clustermap on the right side of the blog, we can see that there are many of you out there who have not commented, thank you for your prayers and support!

Praise God! I am still reading your blog, and have been praying for Brooks. I am so happy for him and for both of you!
What an AWESOME god! YAY for all of you!!! I have been following your blog for quite some time–since it was featured in the Hendricks County Flyer. 🙂 I live in Plainfield. I love your blog and keeping up with your family. My son (he’s 3) thought your boys were so cute. He asks to see their pictures. He loves babies!! You are going to have such a great time raising these wonderful little boys.
Praise God! Now that is a direct answer to prayer!
Your boys are adorable!
Yay! I’m so happy that God answered everyone’s prayers for Brooks. What a blessing that he won’t have to go through surgery (and that you won’t have another medical bill to open sometime soon — not at all your top priority, I know, but it still has to be a relief on that account, too). The boys are looking so big…
Praise God from whom ALL blessings flow!!!! I’m thankful that not only did Brooks not have to go through with the surgery, but for the mom and dad as well!
David needs to be in Indy July 23-26— any chance I could come & love on you and your boys?

I just wanted to drop a note and say hi… My wife and I are expecting quads very soon ourselves. We live down in Evansville, and used to live close to Indy (Martinsville area).
We are at 27.5 weeks, and are super excited and scared all at once, but we know that God is faithful!
Very helpful blog! God bless!
That is fantastic!
What amazing news! Made my day! I am starting to think that the boys are looking like Brad? Am I the only one? CONGRATS again on the news!

Brad and Jen,
I’ve read but not written for a while. It is so marvelous to see God answer YES, YES, YES. I have wanted to see the boys so much but it seems as though one thing or another has interrupted that hope. I am so thankful for your testimony and for God’s continued blessing on your family. Love ya truly, Leona P
