Smile if You Love Cereal
So far, so good with the cereal. It’s getting less messy and quicker each day. The best news is our feeding table that we’ve ordered from Just Multiples is being delivered today! We are excited to see how it will (or won’t) fit in our kitchen. I think it’s going to be an enormous help to our feeding routine. Thanks again to all who pitched in so that we could purchase this fine piece of furniture! The table pictured below is the model we ordered. However, ours will have red seats to go with our kitchen, and to support our HOOSIERS, of course! Go IU! We will be sure to post pictures when we have the table up and “running”. Can’t wait to see them all in it, ready to gobble up each bite!
Can’t wait to see it! What cute pictures!!

How exciting..it looks like the boys can have a great poker game at that table too! Love their cereal grins.
What precious babies, and so happy too! Must be the parental influence they have. I don’t know you, but you always seem to be so upbeat and happy! You should be you, you have been very blessed. Keep up the good work. A friend in East Texas.

Jen, i LOVE those 4 pics. i think you should blow them up and hang them in your kitchen!

You will love this table! We had one at our church and it was a great help when giving the babies snacks! Its awesome!! Good luck!
Nice to see someone else going thru the same thing!
Hi Jen,
Thanks for the comment this morning! Your boys are adorable and look so wonderfully healthy. It’s obvious that you are doing an amazing job with them! Keep up the good work and fabulous attitude! 🙂
To answer your question…
The mobile stage is a challenge but it is so much fun. I absolutely love where we are right now. I’m hesitant to say that it is easier because I have learned over the last 16 months that with every new milestone comes a whole new set of obstacles. However… you have so much to look forward to!!!! The first year is so hard! Once they can hold there own bottles life changes so much. At 8 months I decided it was time and started to teach my kids to feed themselves. It took a few weeks and a lot of patience but once they could hold a bottle EVERYTHING changed! Suddenly, you have so much more freedom and flexibility in your schedule. My babies/tods are 16 months old today and the days of cereal are a blur. It all happens so fast. So, enjoy EVERY minute and look forward to the fantastic times ahead. You are gonna have some GREAT stories to share in the months/years to come.
Oh, and as for being exhausted… I’m totally wiped out at the end of the day. We have a strict daily routine that ends with a bang. Every night they eat dinner, take a bath, play downstairs, take a bottle, and climb the stairs to their cribs … about 30 minutes after they are sound asleep… I miss them! It’s all so worth it.

yeah for the table! I got on for our triplets…of course they dont use it yet at 4.5 months. 🙂
Jen, SO FUN that you got that table! I didn’t think it would be possible. Red chairs will be the best, for sure.
