The Boccone triplet boys are feeling your pain right now as well. I guess this too shall pass (but not without going thru a million diapers and beefy red bottoms first)! Good luck!

    Jen, that is sooooo funny!

As a mom of three boys–only one of whom are still in diapers, and he alone goes through tons!–I can totally sympathize with this post!

It is so good you are able look at this humorously, and give us a good laugh in the process!

I feel your pain. Lots of diapers being used at our house these days. By the way, loved the sweet Henry story. Sounds like you two had a lovely date.

Hey Jen…I love how you find humor in the difficult times. Something I need to do more of. I wondered when I didn’t see the boys in class if something was up. Hoping that things are better for you all today.

I love ALL detergent. Hey I know your busy. 🙂 but incase you want to try something different I thought id share.
I make my own detergent and its WONDERFUL.. Its a lot cheaper 2.

    Heres what you do
Buy any bar soap you want.. I buy natural soaps w/out much fragrance but you can buy Ivory or whatever.
You get a good cheese grater 🙂

    Grate 1 bar finely
    Mix that one bar w/
    1 cup Borax
1 cup washing soda (I found washing soda at harris teeter, for like 2.50 a box, its by arm and hammer)

Mix that all together in a glass jar or something, and you are good to go.

I do a double batch each time.. makes a full jar.

For a large load you put two tablespoons of it into the wash. Most loads I do i just use 1.

    Works great!!!

    And saves so much…

    Just a thought 🙂
I find it fun to make 2.
