Quadruple the Splash
Y’all, I’m SO EXCITED.
Obviously, because I’m saying “y’all” and I’m definitely not a Southerner.
It’s a little thing probably to most, but it’s a BIG thing to us.
They ALL jump in the pool now.
First it was Isaac and Brooks last year, then Henry while we were at Disney World, and now Clark.
He has been holding back for a while with a fear for going under water, but he gained some confidence last week and as of last night he is officially a FISH.
4 four year olds jumping off the side of the pool with confidence and glee making quadruple the splash!
You want to see them all splash together? I thought you might!
So much joy fills my heart to watch these eight little legs jump into the pool together.
And to know that they are learning a lesson in courage, trust, and faith. After all,

There’s nothing my little 3-year-old man doesn’t love more than jumping in the pool. He will do it over….and over….and over again until the sun goes down! What fun he would have with your 4. 🙂

That’s great!! My kiddos are still too worried about getting their face wet but my son will go down the slide- as long as someone catches him at the bottom!
Once one gets it I’m sure they will all follow suit! =) LOVE Summer memories in the water!

Totally agree with you about Puddle Jumpers! We have one for each of the kud. It is the only way I take my kids swimming by myself, too (4yr, 3 yr, 2 yr, and infant). Very highly recommend.

Good for them! Our girls are jumping in this year too. The oldest is getting pretty good at going off the board. Today, however, she took a walk up the high dive ladder and came back the same way. I don’t blame her, though. You won’t see me up there any time soon!
It’s been YEARS since I’ve went off a diving board and I think we’re safe to say it won’t be happening in the near future! Love watching kids conquer such big things though!
