You All Turn Four Today.

I’ll never forget the miracle day when you stopped living in here.

And started living out here.

What a journey it has been with the four of you!

Today you each will turn four at 12:33, 12:34 (B &C), and 12:35 pm.

We’ve shared lots of memories in your four years of life…

Ventilators. Isolettes. First car rides. Co-bedding. Weekly weigh-ins. All nighters. Thousands of bottles. Seeing you each smile for the first time. Lots of teeth. Lots of tears. RSV Shots.  Playing peek-a-boo. First Christmas. Beating the odds. Learning to talk. Eating cake.

Walking at your own pace. Running. Moving. Staying in during winter months.  Playing with toys. Reading books. A few scary illnesses.

Watching you learn. Little adventures. Watching you become little people. Brushing lots of teeth. Making people laugh. Singing. Decorating cookies. Swinging. The magic of Disney World.

Swimming. Cheering for the Colts. Discovering how things work. Cracking jokes. Telling stories. Learning how to spell your name. Tackling. Bringing joy to others.

And the pretty neat thing is you’ve been with us (Yes, I’m talking to you, Readers!) through so much of this!  Thank you for caring and loving on us for FOUR YEARS. You’ve been so great and I look forward to telling the boys about so many of you who have cared for us on this adventure.  In fact, I can’t wait to show them this very post and read your birthday greetings!

Would you be so kind if you are reading (click over if you are reading via email or reader) to leave a comment telling us more about YOU!  Tell us when you first met the boys (in person or the web), tell us where you are from, tell us your favorite quad memory, or tell us a birthday wish! (Or all 4!)

Pretend this is your very own Hallmark card to our boys, and YOU get to write the inside!

I’ll even share a little birthday gift for a commenter on this post.  A recordable Hallmark storybook as a thank you for supporting our family! You will LOVE it!

I’ll pick a winner on Sunday, February 6th after the boys birthday party!

PS In case you were wondering, Hallmark is not sponsoring this post or the quads 4th birthday!  I received one of these as swag from the Blissdom Conference and wanted to pass it along to YOU as a thank you!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY FAVORITE QUADDIES!! You all are SO special to me, and even though I’ve only gotten to meet you ONCE in real life (so far), I love you like family since I’ve followed your lives since your were just wee-babies!!

My favorite blog posts have been the ones picturing Brooks and Clark co-sleeping. MOST PRECIOUS THING I’VE EVER SEEN! And I also loved the video of quad-gymnastics. 🙂

Praying for you today that you get over your little “bug” quickly and have a wonderful and enjoyable birthday! The world loves you Henry, Isaac, Clark and Brooks, ESPECIALLY Miss Kate!!

  2. Lori Mills says:

Dear Brooks, Clark, Henry and Isaac…
Happy 4th Birthday sweet boys! I have never met you in person, although I would love to, and I’ve only “known” you for a year or so. But I knew your mommy when she was the same age you are today. She was my favorite little girl and I loved playing with her. I can imagine that you boys are just as sweet and fun as she was and you are obviously very loved by your family. It will be exciting to see you guys get bigger and bigger every year! Have a fun birthday!! 🙂

  3. Josephine says:

Happy Birthday!! Thank you so much for allowing us to watch you grow and learn. I ‘met’ these amazing little boys through your blog shortly after they were born, a short 7 weeks later after I had my first son (Isaac).
My favorite (alright that’s a hard question, because I have a favorite in each stage..but for now) it was the awesome trip to Target, each boy choosing their own underwear and the big potty training adventure!!
Happy Birthday Henry, Brooks, Clark & Isaac – I can’t wait to continue to watch you learn and grow and I hope that you all make the most of this last year at home before the next BIG transition of heading off to kindergarten!!
Happy Birthday Jen!!! (once I became a Mom my kids’ birthdays are the most important days ever!! Enjoy it!)

I don’t know when I first “met” your boys and you, but it was probably 2 years ago. i remember being excited about finding a reader in Indiana and hoped to connect with you that way!!! It’s been fun watching the boys get older, reading about potty training and raising them all to be Godly men.

    Happy Birthday boys!!!

  7. Isabelle says:

Hi all the way from Montreal!
I’ve been reading the blog for about a year now, I don’t remember how I stumbled upon it… but I love to read about the boys! I have a two year old boy, and another baby on the way, and I like to get a little glimpse of what is ahead for me!

  8. connie says:

    Happy Birthday Boys!!
I have never met you in person but have followed your blog since the beginning.
I would have to say my favorite posts have been ” Keeping it real” rewinds. The way your momma is so real and raw is one of the things I love most about your blog.
God bless you boys as you grow and learn more and more about our savior and his love for you! Happy 4th!!!

  9. Amy says:

    Happy birthday, boys!
I found your blog just a few months ago, and I’ve enjoyed reading about your family. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend celebrating!

  10. Kim Runyon says:

I have had the pleasure of knowing the Murray 4 way back when everyone thought they were triplets! I am fortunate to know you Jen as a friend and former neighbor and colleague. Although I don’t get to see the boys on a regular basis anymore, I love that I get to see them grow on your blog! Happy birthday boys! You are so so loved by so many!

  11. Happy Birthday Precious Little Miracles! May God continue to enrich and bless your lives!
I have followed you guys since you were maybe a year old or so. Not really sure how I found you but it was about the same time I found the Steece Quads. It’s been amazing watching you grow into handsome little boys. I know you keep Mama and Daddy on their toes 🙂
I hope your 4th birthday proves to be the best ever.

  12. Kirsten says:

Happy Birthday guys! I’ve been following your stories for about three years now. Your growth is amazing. I think my favorites are the Keeping It Real rewinds. I feel blessed to have been able to read someones story on premies and NICU, that way when it was my baby, I wasn’t overwhelmed. I knew others had been there too. Henry, Isaac, Brooks, and Clark, I look forward to hearing much more! Happy Birthday!

  13. Linda Blackburn says:

Happy Birthday to all 4 of you! I can’t remember when I started reading about your adventures..I think it was 2 or 3 years ago. I enjoy the keeping it real rewinds and also look forward to seeing the Halloween costumes each year. Hope you all feel better soon and enjoy your birthday!

  16. Erica Crum says:

Happy Birthday Boys!!! I knew your Mommy and Daddy in high school and thought they were both two of the sweetest and most genuine people I knew. Your Mommy always had a smile on her face and always made me feel like she genuinely cared for me.

I first started reading about you on the blog shortly after you were born and have prayed for you many times in the past 4 years! I’ll never forget the first time I saw you in person. It was at the Covington 4th of July celebration and you were a little over a year old. I was SHOCKED at how well-behaved you all were, riding around in your wagon/train! I couldn’t believe when I saw you this year watching the fireworks that you looked so grown up and so much more like little boys and less like toddlers! I hope you have a very happy 4th birthday!!

  17. val says:

HAPPY 4th BIRTHDAY HENRY, BROOKS, CLARK and ISAAC!!!! Hope the rest of the week is awesome and you have a wonderful party this weekend! Enjoy every minute =)

  18. Allyson says:

Happy Birthday to the Miracle Boys God so graciously provided and protected!! It has been a blessing to watch you grow up into young boys!!

  19. Emily Skinner says:

Happy Birthday to four very precious little boys!! If they would have waited one more day to enter this world, we would share a birthday:) I have three sons (now all grown up) and enjoy reliving the adventures and trials of being a mommy to little boys. I wish I would have had half the patience you and Brad have. I am now a grandma to a little boy (age 5) and a little girl (age 2). I began reading the blog when my neighbor told me about it. Her father-in-law is the minister who married you. She didn’t mention that when she told me about the blog; I learned that when I watched the video of your wedding.

  20. Jackie says:

Happy 4th Birthday Henry, Brooks, Clark, and Isaac!! I have been a faithful follower of your adventures since you were about a year old and it has been such a joy to “watch” you grow up into wonderful boys. I have never met you in person but, if you ever get tired of the cold and want a warm family vacation in Phoenix, Arizona you are always welcome at our house. 🙂 You are special, loved children of God and I look forward to watching you continue to grow upward and in your faith. Have a wonderful, wonderful day!

  21. Sarah G. says:

Happy Birthday, Brooks, Henry, Clark, and Isaac from Minnesota!

I think you were probably 2 when I first started reading. I stumbled upon the blog while searching for other blogs about 2 yr olds, multiples or otherwise as I have fraternal twin girls who will be four on March 18. Thank you for sharing your lives with us, and thanks to your mom and dad for everything they do to help shepherd 4 amazing little boys into 4 equally amazing men.
    -Sarah-
PS: Jen, keep the good ideas for blogging coming. I am getting ready to do the latest set of interviews with the girls, all thanks to your lead. Happy Groundhog day and stay warm!!

  22. Sonya says:

Happy 4th Birthday Boys! I can’t remember how old you were when I started reading, but I can’t believe you’re 4!

  23. AmazingGreis says:

Happy 4th Birthday Henry, Brooks, Clark, and Isaac!! Hope you all have a SUPER FUN day!!

Hugs and happy wishes to Jen & Brad too!!

I met you all for the first time in 2009 at BlogHer in Chicago! You were strolling the boys in the beast through the hotel lobby. Hope to see you all again soon!

    XOXO

  24. Heather says:

Happy birthday to you precious little boys!!

  25. Allie says:

I will never forget meeting the boys! It was at BlogHer 09 in Chicago and I’d just left my little guy for the very first time. I was so homesick and I turned around and saw you with the boys. In insanely high high heels I bent down to chat with them as the bounced around. It was one of the many times I have been reminded my life is not to be spent in high heels but rather chatting with gorgeous little people. It was honestly a highlight of that conference.

    Happy Birthday Boys <3

  26. Kara says:

Oh My favorite Quad boys!!!! Where do I begin?? I remember when first starting to babysit I had to remember whose cribs were whose (remember…. The little cages mom and dad yours too! But as I got the hang of it I loved (and still do) coming over and playing and watching you for hours! But the worst part was ALL those stinky Diapers!! It was terrible! :). Im so glad you guys are potty trained!! I remember when you would say certain words when you were littler and blow my mind away. You would share and always be on your best behavior!! You would love tou laugh and play and talk and tell me stories. Today you are so strong and such good boys! Henry: Your hugs and your kindess and your love will always be with me! Isaac: You are so Funny!! You make me laugh and I love when you smile! Clark: I love hearing you sing in the car!! You are always a leader for your brothers. Brooks: I love your unselfishness. You always put your brothers before yourself! Jen and Brad: Thank you for always being there and being such great friends!! (and Brad thanks for always getting me Mcdonalds and driving me home :)) Boys… Weve made so many memories!! Remember swimming in the inflatable pool outside, playing resucue as buzz and woody, playing jail with toy guns, playing hide and seek, watching fireworks outside the window when you were supposed to be in bed, playing playdough, going to a water park, picking some of you up from the hospital, working in the nursery with you at church, watching silly movies, and making so many laughs! I could go on forever! I love you boys!! Hope to see you soon! Happy 4th Birthday!

  27. Tammy says:

    Li’l dudes, Happy Birthday (x4)!!

  28. Casey says:

Happy 4th Birthday to you! I started reading about you 2 years ago when I found out I was expecting quadruplets. I hope you have a fantastic birthday, and lots of fun!

  29. Martha says:

I found your mama’s blog when I was pregnant with quadruplets- two of them were mono-mono like two of you were! I was so happy to see how happy healthy you all looked! I wanted my babies to turn out like you!
Happy birthday, boys! You are all very special and everyone loves you!
    Martha

  30. Sarah Reaves says:

Happy Birthday to you ALL! I first knew you when you were just “3”…and that only lasted for about a week, then you all were growing in your mom’s belly as “4.” I enjoyed a couple of Saturday nights feeding you while your mom and dad got to sleep. You have grown so much, so fast! Happy Birthday!!

  31. Lynnette says:

Happy Birthday to 4 awesome guys. I met you wonderful boys at church and have been blessed to play with you in the nursery. I’m looking forward to doing it again soon. Have a blessed day guys, and be good for your mom;)

  32. Hey dudes, while I have to say that you gentlemen are a miracle in and of yourselves, your parents are just as amazing. The way they love you and care for you and even more importantly the way they love and care for each other, yes they are your parents and you are their world and first responsibilities. But they take such good care of each other. They love each other and while trucks and legos are way more cool at four years old, parents who love each other as much as yours do is the best gift any little kids can have.

    1. Perfectly said Casey. Perfect.

  33. ah! happy birthday boys! I met you before I met the boys. I spotted the boys (and your wagon train) at the Indy ZooBoo (but was too shy to say “hi”). I think my first time really meeting the was at BlogHER in Chicago.

So excited for all 6 of you!

  36. Lori says:

Happy birthday boys!! I’ve been following you since you were babies, I can’t believe you are four already. My favorite thing is when your mom posts videos of you. When I see photos of you, you look so cute, and still. When I see a VIDEO of all of you talking and running and playing, it blows my mind!! WOW! Four boys, all busy, all talking, at the same time! How blessed your parents are!

  37. Sarah says:

  38. Sherry Miller says:

Happy Birthday Brooks, Isaac, Clark & Henry!!! I can’t believe you are 4 years old already. I met all of you not long after you were released from the hospital and your mom & dad brought you to the doctors office for your first office visit. Oh how the staff loved when the Murray Quads were on the schedule and you were on the schedule a lot in that first year. I always loved to see the 4 of you come into the office in your wagon, always smiling and always bringing a smile to my face because you are so adorable. It’s so hard to believe you are 4 now. I hope all of you have a wonderful birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY BOYS!

You precious sweet boys!! I knew your mama from work. I first met YOU on a Friday after you were all home from the hospital. My girls and I spent Friday nights with you until you were sleeping thru the night. It was so much fun for us to hold you when you were tiny (two of you could easily lay in my lap together)giving you those little bitty bottles! And it has been a complete delight to enjoy watching you move thru all the special developments, smiling, rolling over, sitting up, crawling, walking, talking. You are fabulous, darling boys. I love you tons! Love your mama and daddy too! Happy Birthday!! Times four!

Happy Birthday Brooks, Henry, Clark and Isaac,
I found your mama’s blog before you were born – TC maybe?, because I remember the joyous update you were HERE! Your parents (and many friends) praised God for your healthy arrival. I have triplets a little older than you, so I love remembering the various stages as you grow.
I have a cousin named Brooks who is 86 – only other Brooks I have ever heard of.
He was named for Dr. Brooks that delivered him.
So greetings from snowy New England! God bless you!

  59. Julie says:

Happy BIrthday! I am so blessed by reading all about your lives. God bless you, boys!

  60. Happy Birthday boys! I first met the boys during BlogHer ’09. I’d be surprised if there was one blogger there that doesn’t remember Brad pushing the boys around in their stretch limo of a stroller! It was also the first time I met Jen, and I was so thrilled to meet another Indy blogger. My favorite quad memory, though, is when the boys stopped by our home on their way home from Colts training camp this summer. I loved seeing them in all their Colts gear, and my daughter got such a kick out of meeting them. She thinks having one brother is a handful – she couldn’t imagine have four! I hope they have a wonderful birthday. It’s such a blessing to know your sweet family!

    ~~Rita aka Megryansmom – Joliet, IL~~

  68. Lori Anderson says:

I met the Fabulous Four through Facebook and a mutual friend. Never in person, only through cyber-space. So many of the early stories reminded me of my cousin’s twins birth at Wishard (later transferred to Riley.) The boys are so adorable, and I love the fact that you and Brad actually ENJOY them. So happy 4 to the happy 4 and best wishes for many, many more.

  69. Happy 4th Birthday, Clark, Isaac, Brooks & Henry!!! You are such sweet boys with most beautiful smiles. Sherri and The HoundDogs

  70. We forgot to tell you how we know you. We read about you in the paper when we were attending the U.S. National Drag Races in Indy. I began reading your journeys on your website. And most recently your daddy is doing a blog redesign for me. I am sure he will tell you all about that since it is first dog blog redesign. We do hope you have a Happy Birthday, you will have stories for sure with all the winter weather that paid you a visit.

  71. Dakotapam says:

Happy Birthday Times 4! As a newish mom of twin girls I only got to know you in the past year, but I’ve had so much fun getting to know you! Have a fabulous birthday!

  72. Happy Birthday, guys! I have only ever met you online. I found this gorgeous blog while I was pregnant with my twins and searching for stories from other mothers of multiples. I think I googled “multiples” and found a presentation of 4tunate at Multiples and More 🙂 My absolute favourite memory of you guys – is hard to choose! I think the best pictures are the ones of you in your sleepsacks in your cribs. The best video is the one where you help your Mama wash and clean (the walls, even) before bedtime. Or maybe the one where you are running out in the yard next to the football field. Happy Birthday, again! I wish you a ton of good, new books, yummy cupcakes and a lot of singing and dancing on your big day!

Best wishes from LK, MoM of twins about to turn 3 (in March), from Trondheim, Norway!

Happy Birthdag Henry, Brooks, Clark, and Isaac: I already told you Happy Birthday this morning on the phone, but I couldn’t miss the opportunity to comment on this reader’s comments since I love seeing your pictures and videos on the blog. I also love reading your Mommy and Daddy’s words about all of your adventures. Since I can’t see you every day, this is 2nd best. Your Grandpa and I love you very much and thank the Lord every day for your lives and helping you grow and learn and be a blessing to all of us. we remember being in the hospital waiting room 4 years ago today and when the chimes played 4 times signaling your births, we all cheered, and cried and sang praises to Jesus. We are looking forward to coming to your birthday party. Hugs and kisses from Covington Grandma and Grandpa.

  76. Sandy Snyder says:

I have known you, Jen, since you were a litle girl. I was drawn to come and visit you when you were in the hospital because I felt for you in that position. I had been hospitalized prior to giving birth to my twins at 28 weeks. I had them with me, almost 7 years old..and was glad that they were able to see this momma-to-be, willing to do whatever it took to keep her babies safe..that she hadn’t even met yet! That was a rough time for the 3 of us, and it was a wonderful reminder of God’s love. I am so thankful for God giving you these 4 healthy boys out of this “impossible situation.” I believe that God does his best work when we tell Hi something is an “impossible situation.” That was a big comfort to me then, and it still is today. Children are a blessing in our lives whether they stay for a moment, a day, a few months, a few years, or our entire lifetimes. God is continuing to teach me, and I am thankful. I share with you, many memories of NICU’s, tube feedings, ventilators, RSV shots, illnesses, celebrating growth..etc. I am soo thankful that you have been willing to share your life in your blog. The ups and downs are both such a testimony of your faith..and you guys have fun too! So, “Happy Birthday to the Murray Crew!”
from Sandy, homeschooling mom to former 28 weekers, Paige and Peyton, momma to 14 month old Reese, nurse, blessed and loved wife to James..and saved child of God..

  77. Debbie R says:

Happy Birthday Brooks! Happy Birthday Clark! Happy Birthday Henry! Happy Birthday Isaac! I met you online right after you were born. You see my daughter was also expecting three little miracles. She was in the hospital here in Atlanta, GA and found your mom’s blog. We cheered when we ready that you were born and were doing so very well. Your mom gave my daughter such hope and strength through her blog. I still check daily to read about your wonderful family. We are getting ready to celebrate our miracles birthdays on the 11th. I have often thought how much fun it would be to meet you four boys. I know my grandson would love it since they are two girls and a boy. He some times feels our numbered. Have a wonderful day and may God continue to bless you and your mommy and daddy.

  81. Devin says:

I found you in the early years of my own blog…I remember searching for my own friends from school at First Baptist; finding them; and seeing how many of them were reading yours! I hopped over and could not believe your story. I remember going back to the “old” blog (when you thought you were still having triplets) and reading everything from the very beginning!

What a journey these boys have had–and it has been wonderful getting the chance to follow along!

Thanks, boys, for letting your Mommy and Daddy share your lives with us. Happy birthday to ALL of you!!

  82. Kathy Cunningham says:

Happy Happy Happy Happy Birthday (X4) Murray Quads! Henry, Clark, Isaac, and Brooks… may you all grow in wisdom and stature, may God bless you all!

  83. Jamie Reese says:

HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY HENRY, BROOKS, CLARK, & ISAAC!!! It has been a joy watching you grow into little men. I personally loved watching you go head first into the toybox, more than once 🙂 I love hearing you sing, laugh, play together and even fight. It’s all good. Cherish every moment Jen and Brad with your boys. You will never look back and say ‘I wish I’d spent less time loving on my boys’! I can promise you that. Thanks for sharing them with us. Jamie

  84. Amanda says:

    Happy Birthday Clark!
    Happy Birthday Henry!
    Happy Birthday Brooks!
    Happy Birthday Isaac!

I have never ‘met’ you or your parents in person but I have been reading about you since before you were born. I live in Plainfield (not too far from you!). I work for the hospital where you were born–my youngest was born there too (his name is Izaac too–just spelled differently!). I don’t have a favorite memory…they are all great. Although reading that you were going to Disney World ranks pretty high up there. That’s my favorite place on Earth! I would love to meet you someday…and your wonderful parents too. Having 2 boys, life is so much fun through your eyes. I hope you have a wonderful 4th birthday. Nothing but the best for all of you this coming year!

Brad and Jen–a note to you–Four was by far my favorite age. Usually naps are gone so the strict schedule for the morning is gone–you can go somewhere and be gone all day and not worry about missing a nap. They are old enough to do a lot of things but not in school so you don’t have that strict school calendar to follow. It’s really an awesome age. You will LOVE it (at least I hope you do). Your boys are true blessings from god, Miracles that show us who really is in control. May god bless ALL OF YOU richly in the coming year!

    HUGS!!!

  85. Happy Birthday to the cutest quads around. I first met you when I saw 2 crazy parents pushing 4 little boys through BlogHer 09. Seriously, I thought, who are these crazy people? But they aren’t crazy, they are wonderful and you are very lucky to have such awesome parents. I am honored to know you all.

  86. Amy S says:

  98. Suzy says:

Happy birthday, Murray boys! I found out about your existence not long after I found out about the existence of MY quadruplets, and I have followed your mom’s blog closely ever since. Hope you had a great day … I saw the picture of the fort you guys built in the living room! 🙂

  99. Patty Wood says:

Hi Jen, congratulations to you and Brad on the boys wonderful milestone. Four wonderful boys turning 4 will be such a great adventure this year. I have probably been reading since the boys were 1 and have loved following your journey. They are such a joy and I know that you and Brad are having such a good time with them. 100. Eos Mom says:

Happy Birthday Brooks, Clark, Henry and Isaac!!! I’m just a mom from Phoenix who’s been reading about you guys for a few months (since the UBP). My son is 5 so I can relate to the preschool boy fun, though I can’t imagine having 4 at once! I’m sure it’s crazy but I can tell your home is just overflowing with love and joy. Best wishes!!!

  101. Happy Birthday Murray Crew! Hope your day was fabulous – filled with LOTS of snow and fun!

My twins are just a few months older than you are. I think I started reading your blog shortly after you all came home. I drew a lot of inspiration from your Mommy – I told myself if SHE can do this with FOUR babies..I can do it with just two! I’ve enjoyed watching you grow up these past 4 years! what an amazing journey!

  102. Happy 4th Birthday, Murray Boys! Wow, I can’t believe you’re 4, time really does go by fast! I first learned about all 4 of you when your daddy called to tell Matt, that your mommy was pregnant. We first heard there were 3 of you, only a short time later did your daddy call back and say there were 4! We were so excited for your mommy and daddy! Ever since then I started following your mommys blog, and I love reading all about the 4 of you, since we don’t live close.
My birthday wish for each of you is that you will have a fun, fabulous, and just an all out over the top day! Overall ,I pray that God will bless each of you, keep you healthy, and that you will make the decision to follow Christ at an early age.
So Happy 4th Birthday, from Matt & Shannon Morgan (Haubstadt, IN)

  103. Lori says:

Happy Birthday Brooks, Clark, Henry and Isaac. I knew your mother in her Butler days and have been following you guys via her blog since before we all knew there were four of you. Since I live in Maryland I have never met you in person but I have truly enjoyed watching you grow and seeing all the fun you guys have had on your adventures both in Indy and far away. I pray that in the years to come you will not only grow bigger but your relationship with eachother, your parents, and the Lord will only continue to grow stronger.

  104. Jen says:

Happy Birthday Henry, Brooks, Clark and Isaac!! I’ve been reading for the past two years and introduced 4tunate to a friend of mine who was expecting quads (who now follows you as well!). You have been so blessed with such loving, godly parents. I know God is going to continue blessing you this year! My daughter will be turning 4 in March so she really loves watching your videos! 106. Amy says:

Happy Birthday Brooks, Isaac. Henry, and Clark from California! I found the fab four back in October ’09 following a link from the Wilkinson quints. I think that my favorite quad memory was when they threw the first four pitches at a baseball game. I hope that your birthday was a fun one. 🙂

  107. Ojke says:

    Hey everyone,

I wish you to have a wonderful day today! I hope there will be yummie birthday cakes (and not too much of a mess to clean up afterwards).

I’ve been reading this blog for about 10 months now and I love it. I’m in awe of how you guys can coope with 4 toddlers!! It’s an inspiration for me, when I struggle with my toddler twins, it helps me keeping sane. :p

Lots of greetings and birthday kisses from Belgium 🙂

  108. Emily Hasselbeck says:

Happy 4th birthday to my favorite quads! I “met” you long before you were born at the mall in Indianapolis, when we ran into your mom and dad (and I think maybe they had just recently found out there were indeed 4 of you). Your mom and I have been friends for a long time!! 🙂 I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting you in person yet, but I follow all of your adventures on the blog and have since you were announced (as triplets)! 🙂 I hope your birthday was as special as you are!! You are all a delight to watch as you grow!

God bless all of you on your birthday and always!!

    Love, Emily Hasselbeck

  109. Happy Birthday Boys!! Now that your 4 it’s time to give mommy and daddy a little break. You know, put yourself to bed, give yourself a bath, cook dinner, all that stuff, lol!!
Seriously I found you a few months ago, I have ID twin boys, and was in awe of you with double what I have. Keep up the good work QuatroMama

Happy 4th birthday Murray boys!! I began reading your blog soon after the boys were born. You are an awesome family. She are a talented writer. I love reading about your days. I wish i had written down my days when my daughter was little. I was too busy working, surviving motherhood.Ha!!

  111. April says:

Happy Birthday boys! I began reading your blog after finding your blog through the Steece’s blog when Suz was pregnant. My favorite blogs are of your cute costume ideas for Halloween! So much fun!! Congratulations Mom and Dad for making it through 4 years with 4 boys! 🙂

  113. Jennifer says:

I first heard about your blog when you won the web blog award a few years ago (article in the Star). I first saw the boys at Costco in the quad stroller with your husband; talked to him a bit then. I saw them a couple times this past year at the neighborhood pool (I was there with a friend who lives in the neighborhood). My son was born 2/12/07 at St. V’s and we live in the burg so will may go to school together (assuming we all stay until high school age). : ) Happy Birthday to all the boys! Have a great weekend celebrating.

  114. JenS says:

Happy Birthday, boys! I have (frat) twin boys, Isaac Henry (!) and Luke Donald. They are almost 4, big boys just like you! (They have a big sister, too!) Our family has been quite busy with 3 young ones (19 months between Emily and her brothers) (and no, it’s nothing like having 4 at once, I know! I always hated when people would tell me their kids were so close together that it was like having twins- no, no it’s not!) so I don’t know how you do it! But I hope you all have a wonderful birthday! Congratulations to you all!

  115. oh amanda says:

You are FOUR years old! I look at your parents and think–wow! God must think they are super special (and very capable) to have been blessed with four boys at once! Then I realized (as I think of my own kids, too) that it was YOU that made them super special. God gave them to you and you to them. You made them the amazing parents they are. And they love you so much–everything they do is for you and to lead you to a life full of love and adventure for God.

I’m praying this year is your best year yet!

…Whew…now that I am finally out of breath, I will say what a journey these last four years have been. I have followed you from the beginning, there are just too many special memories of you for me to pick just one. But, let’s see if I can. I love all the photos of you boys. I love when you sing Christmas Carols, but I think my favorite memories of you are at Halloween…the trips to the Pumpkin Patch!! I love to hear all about those special moments, and I love that you all aspire to be Fireman, Policeman, Builders, and I think Clark will be a comedian, and wonderful mighty warriors of God. I also love that you can sing a Johnny Cash tune…keep that up…you know girls like guys with a southern drawl and a nice voice *wink wink*. You are all so very special, and so very individual that I think you will all become exactly what you set your heart to becoming. Your Mommy and Daddy are AMAZING people.
From our family in Arizona to your family…we wish you the happiest Birthday yet. Stay warm, stay well…and who knows maybe 20 years from now I can introduce my beautiful soon to be 4 year old Granddaughter to 4 of the cutest Johnny Cash singing boys out there.
    All my love♥

Happy 4th Birthday Henry, Brooks, Clark, and Isaac!!!!
There are four of you; and in the book of Daniel in the Bible, there are four young men–Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego–who loved the Lord. Do you know stories about them? Do you love the Lord Jesus? The Lord Jesus loves you very, very, very, very much!!!!

I am from Danville, Illinois, and am a friend of Pam Zajicek. I started reading this blog before the four of you were born and am praying for you.

Happy Birthday Henry, Brooks, Clark and Isaac!!

A friend I grew up with had triplet girls a couple of years ago and her blog led me to find a whole new M.o.M’s world. I love it – love seeing all the adventures and watch as you learn and grow while raising your sweet boys.

My favorite memory is the 5 Little Monkey’s halloween costumes from last year – I still tell people about that. Sheer Brilliance. 🙂

I hope everything goes well with the party plans!

  127. Megan says:

I clicked on your site from another multiples site and just think your boys are so adorable and you have such a positive attitude while still being honest. My own son is a few months younger than your 4, so it’s fun to see what’s to come milestone wise.
